Life is beginning to feel routined.

phew.

I'm in the process of uploading a video as a past month update :)

I have so much on my mind but they all say it's not the right stuff. All I can do is look at nature and everything around me and be completely mesmerized by what all he has created and done. He's so massive and so moving in my life. I can't help but look at people and get upset because I don't know how else to wake them up. I've done all I can. So I sit here and continuously pray for them and have faith for the best.

I have so much to do and all I can focus on is anything but school. It just feels so small compared to everything else.

Praying for strength and encouragement for me and all my friends here and in texas and all over the US. :)

I've missed so many days on here that i just wanna catch up with everything!

Being back in school these past couple weeks have shown me how much my outlook on life has changed. I don't get stressed over the little things anymore, I don't go along with people, I don't sit in the corner and think of things to do and feed people ideas. I'm working on changing others through changing me. I've invested more time in my family and with my relationship with God and I couldn't be happier right now. I've been so blessed with my family situations and with the people God has surrounded me with. Hearing other peoples stories and circumstances make me realize how great I have my life and the things I could do with it.

Happy is the man who finds wisdom, and the man who gets understanding, for the gain from it is better than gain from silver, and its profit better than gold, She is more precious than jewels, and nothing you desire can compare with her.

Up part of the past couple days: Improved on rile. Been having a lot of fun. Talked to people I usually wouldn't.

Down part of the past few days: I miss my friends and my brother and sister.

Working on: Having kumbaya done by friday. :)

Excited for: Holiday world saturday.

My mom and I stayed at the peabody this weekend on the way home from texas this weekend. I finally got to see the ducks up close. It was fantastic. I felt like a princess. We ordered room service for dinner and breakfast in bed and had valet parking. It was great. It feels good to be home in the normal routine again. But i've been home for about 5 days now. It's time to travel again. :)

I hope they're taking good care of you guys down there and that you're making lots of good, life-long friends. Stay strong and keep up your strength for not only you but for others. POST NINE.

Since i've been a slacker the past two days and not kept a record of anything i'm going to make one post for tuesday and wednesday.

TUESDAY: Lexi, samuel, and I went to saint louis and visited the city museum. It was flippin' hot but we did a lot of art and I got a lot of photo opportunities. This was taken from the roof of the city museum. It has to be one of my favorites. It was so pretty up there and you could see absolutely everything.

WEDNESDAY: Lexi, trystan, and I cleaned up the house to get ready for the party on saturday. Later that night I went to dinner with rebecca, emily, and emily at los amigos then we went to church and everyone headed to the sports plex. We had a community youth group worship session. It was fun but I was disappointed at the number of people that did not even bother to pay attention and how fast it went. It seemed very rushed. Then emily followell drove me home. It was a lot of fun. Today was the first day of school. I'm looking for many opportunities and the day is almost up but at the end of today i'll update for the whole day!

Day Nine Post EIGHT.

I wasn't able to update saturday or sunday as I was out of town and didn't have internet. Saturday we went to louisville science center and on a dinner boat cruise down the river for my grandparents 50th anniversary. It was fantastic. Sunday we went to 'mega cavern'. It was an old bomb shelter back in the day of pearl harbor and nazis. It was very interesting and entertaining to go through. Then we went to the zoo. The gorillas totally fascinated me. I know, it sounds nerdy. Butttt, they were amazing. If gorillas have more than 90% of human dna then that has got to mean that they know they are being held for show in front of all these humans and they know they're stuck in there. It was just sad to see in their eyes and they looked sad.

MONDAY:

Today me, my mom, and lexi went to clarksville to find school supplies and clothes for lexi and I.

I got a shirt and romper at walmart, jeggings and a shirt at belk, a tank top and cardigan at pac sun, and sandals at old navy. Nice finds for one days work! :)
This picture was taken on the ride back home today. It was really beautiful outside. I wish I had my canon already so I could capture more moments more efficiently. Sunsets are just so gorgeous. You sit there and look at them and think about your day and how it's almost over and you recap everything you accomplished that day. While looking at the sunset today I thought of not only my past but my future. What came into my mind was the old columbia theater downtown. I want to buy it and make it into my showcase studio for young upcoming artists and also a concert venue place for local artists and occasional big artists. And maybe once in awhile show old movies. I don't know, i'd have to check the place out. I'm just praying for direction when I start looking into colleges and debating close or far colleges. I feel a lot is going to change in the next few years. I'm super excited and can't wait to see!

Day six post SEVEN.

Friday.

Today was the last day of 'band camp'. We did our performance. I dropped a lot but overall it was decent. We all went to nathan's 'farm' at seven for hanging out and food. It started raining so we moved to the garage. Eventually we played man hunt through the woods in the storm. It was a lot of fun. I'm leaving tomorrow for louisville until sunday night then off to saint louis tuesday! I really miss my mexico family but I can hardly wait to see gable, lance, and tina in less than two weeks!!!

Pro: Last day of band camp. lots of fun at the party.

Con: Waking up early.

Day Five Post SIX.

Silly school has so many things blocked from 7-4 everyday though. Ridiculous. I had guard again today. It was super hot. I also went out to steak 'n shake with a friend. It was nice catching up and what not. A lot has changed. Lets hope for the best! I have my guard performance tomorrow at six. Then party at nathan's at seven. Super pumped.

Pro: Talking to old friends.

Con: Didn't do well on rifle today.

Day 4 post FIVE.

I'm doing really bad at this picture a day thing. It's technology failure though I swear.
I had guard today and registration. SO flippin' toasty today. I also had my schedule changed so I dropped AP french and picked up beginning guitar. I'm trying to complete one of my goals. :)

I had a meeting today about thailand too. It's got me really excited and nervous all at the same time. Saw inception tonight too. Super trippy.

Pro: thailand meeting.

Con: intense guard practice.

Looking forward to: lunch tomorrow.

Day 3 Post# 4?

I don't have a picture today. The computer won't load my email with the picture in it. ):
It was a picture of my student kit of 'decorating basics'. Starting at the end of august I will start my cake decorating classes on tuesday night for three hours. I'm super excited to get into that and my photography classes later on so I can figure out what I want for college. :)
Today I had guard camp from 8-12. It was a very frustrating day at guard. I busted myself a lot. Twice in the mouth, twice in the ankle and of course you'll catch on your arm a few times. So I came home and took my break at 12 and showered and cleaned up and took a mini nap. Lexi took me to supervalu to get a lunchable and snapple for dinner. :) That was nice, awkward and frustrating all at once. I was super sore at guard today but pushed through drill and individual practice. Now I am home and looking forward to some sleep. Registration is tomorrow. Lets hope that goes well!
Pro: Hung pictures on my wall today.
Con: Frustrating day over all.

Post #3. Day 2.

Today I went to guard. 8-12. I cracked a bone in my hand and it is severely bruised. But i'm a trooper! Stupid rifle. :) I almost have my triples down and my doubles are stupendous! Lexi picked me up from guard today and took me thrift store shopping and bought me two pairs of shoes. We also went to dollar tree and got these super cool glasses. We also talked about how her and sam will be leaving me soon. I cried like a baby in the car. I'm gonna miss them!

Pro of today: I got a fran back. :)

Con: My hand.
Looking forward to: Trying church wednesday night.

This is my first time with posting one positive, one negative, and one thing i'm looking forward to. I think occasionally i'll add a new goal too. :)

Positive: I improved on my singles in guard. I got to minister to a friend.
Negative: My past was brought up again and I was faced with hard decisions.
Looking forward: Start at school, visiting HA friends.
Goal: Learn guitar or piano.

Today shaina came over and we practiced rifle. It was very frustrating because I couldn't catch my doubles and had a hard time getting my singles tighter. This is a video of the pop up exercise which I have progressed on and made my singles a little tighter in.
